Imagine that children go to the trainings only because they enjoy what they do, because it brings them joy. But if children are conscious of the fact that they have to perform something compulsory, on the first occasion when they notice the possibility for something more interesting and playful, they will move away from handball.
Should I be a good teacher and also a handball expert? Do I have to be able to provide educational tasks but at the same time direct outstanding talents into competitive sport? Playing handball is only possible in teams and against another team.
